This tab displays a summary of the selection made previously. The suppliers whose offers have been selected are listed. You can see information on the percentage and value of suppliers. Clicking the Notify NOT selected button will inform all suppliers that their offer has been rejected, and the notify winners button allows you to notify all selected suppliers. By clicking the create order button you can immediately submit. The option to create contract is only possible for suppliers registered in the NextBuy platform.
In a multi-round RFx, the buyer has the additional option of notifying suppliers that they have not been qualified for the next round (Notify NOT selected button), as well as sending a short, personalised message on the platform to suppliers who have been shortlisted (Message to shortlisted button).
