If you want to create a RFx, from the level of the sourcing> list of RFx click on the new multi-round RFx. In the new window, the system will allow you to enter the name of the RFx.
The process of configuring the RFx consists of several steps. The first one is the configuration of the main settings. As part of this step, complete the data in the following sections:

Organizational units - allows you to select the unit for which the purchase is made. The value is taken from the demand by default.

In the section, the RFx comission, buyer may add team members to the proceedings. Automatically the person responsible for the RFx is the person who created the RFx, but it is possible to change.

By default, only the buyer has the option of editing the proceedings. Team members have access to all rounds and bookmarks as part of the RFx:
The next step is the configuration of the first round of RFx. It is created by the system by default, to go to it, click its name. Then configure the parameters of the round.
