To add commodity, click the commodity in the company profile. Using the checkbox button allows you to select and deselect the appropriate categories. In this way, appropriate purchasing categories will be assigned to the company. Companies most often want to have access to all shopping categories, so clicking the icon next to the checkbox button will add all categories existing under the category. To deselect all shopping categories at once, just click the delete all button.

In case the company uses the global purchase category Nextbuy, it is not possible to edit it.

In order for the company to be able to use private commodity, it is necessary to configure the account by the Nextbuy administrator.

The tree of private commodity can be edited only if the company has uploaded its own tree.
