You can create an RFx in two ways:
a) on the main page (dashboard) using the widget create, click the new RFx button;

b) in the sourcing menu item in the RFX list tab, click the new RFx button in the upper right corner;

Regardless of the method of creating the RFx, a window will open in which you should give the name of the new RFx, select the currency and enter the ending date. After clicking the save button, the user will be moved to the settings tab.
