In the general information section of the system you can edit the name of the tender and complete the necessary data about it.

Status - it is automatically set to the value in edition. It will automatically change to the invitation sent to the auction when it is sent. The user can also change the status settings manually to terminated or canceled.

Test RFx - allows to create a test auction, which will be visible on the list of tenders only after selecting the filtering option test RFx (automatically set to NO). Such an auction is not taken into account when creating analyzes.

Commodity - allows you to specify the category of purchase that the auction concerns (required field). Based on this parameter, it is possible to create analyzes and send messages to suppliers about new proceedings that have appeared in a given category (for auctions and open tenders).

Organizational units - allows you to select the entity responsible for conducting the auction.

Projects - allows you to assign a project to a given auction. It allows you to search for auctions to which a given project has been assigned.

Tags - allows you to add any slogans regarding the auction. Thanks to the tags, it is possible to search for auctions.
