In this section, the user can add co-workers to the auction. Automatically the auction administrator is the person who created the auction, but it is possible to change.

Each company's user can be added to the tender team. In the field add a new colleague, simply enter his first and last name, and you will be able to add a specific person. Each person should be given permission to edit the query.

If the permissions are turned off, the user can view the auction, add his comments to the auction table, but can not edit the auction parameters, change settings, or send messages to suppliers.

It is also possible to set whether a member of the  team will receive the notifications that apply:

• Submitting an offer by the Supplier;
• Sending messages by the Supplier;
• Registering in the system of the invited Supplier.
