The NextBuy system allows you to search for auctions according to many available criteria. To do this, click on the RFx tab and a list of all available RFx will automatically appear. The system allows you to search and sort RFx thanks to the filters built into the tables. By default, auctions and RFx are sorted by the time they are created. At the beginning of the list, the newest auction / auction will appear.
Commodity and Organizational units - allow you to narrow down your search to listings related to a given category or unit.
Projects - allows you to search for auctions related to a given project.
Invited suppliers - allows you to view auctions assigned to a given supplier.
Name - allows you to enter a phrase by which the auction will be searched. You do not have to type in full words, all you need is part. For example, when searching for auctions containing the word water, simply enter the water phrase and the system will search all auctions containing all varieties of the word in its name like water, water, waterworks, etc.
Type - allows you to narrow down your search to the type of auction: auction or RFP.
Status - allows you to search for an auction with a given status: canceled, in preparation, sent or ended.
Responsible person - allows you to search for auctions assigned to a given person who is responsible for them.
End date and start date - allows you to narrow down the displayed auctions to ongoing ones.
