To assign and edit types of financing, click on type of financing in the company profile. To add a financing type, click on add new. A window will appear where you should choose the type of financing and enter the name.


After adding a new type of financing, its status is active by default. If its validity changes, the type should be deselected.


Specifying the type of financing as a Drop-down List, after clicking the pencil icon allows you to enter the edit mode. Then, the options needed to manage the decrees assigned to the type of financing are available. These are the buttons: Download template (clicking this button results in downloading an example Excel file that must be completed for Import); Import (allows you to upload previously prepared data in the template); Delete all (allows you to clear all data); Add new (allows you to add a new record); Cancel (allows you to abandon existing changes); Save (allows you to upload existing changes).


The textbox field allows you to manually complete the decree when placing an order, while selecting the option No additions results in the decree field being skipped when placing the order.


The type of financing can be assigned to specific rows in product tables, both in requirements and in the order. The last column in this table is called Additional. By clicking the Assign ... button, the system will transfer to the Allocation of costs windows.


In the Allocation of cost window, purchase request or order can be assigned or divided into several organizational units and then specified the Financing type along with assigning the Decree (depending on the Financing type).
