In the auction parameters section, the system allows you to edit the following fields:
Start after the auction - allows you to set the start of the auction after the other auction ends. Then, the start date of the auction will be set automatically.
Auction direction - allows you to set the reverse auction type (ie the purchase auction) or the sales auction.
Number of extensions- the default value set to infinity means that the auction will be extended as long as the offers are flowing down.
Extension duration in minutes - allows you to specify how many minutes the auction will be extended.
Run extra-time if a new offer was received in last... minutes - allows you to set the time of inclusion of extra time in the auction.
Minimum step (percent / amount) - allows you to set the minimum increment value, if you choose both parameters, a smaller value is taken into account.
Start price (total value) - allows you to specify the value that starts the auctions.
The minimum bid counted from - the default value set on the best offer of a given supplier means that the system will accept the supplier's offer, provided that it will be better at least by the minimum bid increment from the previous offer submitted by the supplier. Setting the currently winning offer means that the system will accept the offer of the supplier provided that it will be better at least the value of the minimum increment from the currently winning offer.
Supplier view - allows you to configure what data will be visible to suppliers during the auction.
Biders see their rank - it allows the provider to view the place where the offer is placed. Automatically set to YES.
Supplier can see the rank of other bidders - it allows to display to each supplier the ranking of offers from other suppliers. Automatically set to YES.
Supplier can see offer values / points of other bidders - it allows to display the supplier's value / points of offers from other suppliers. Automatically set to NO.
Display the best offer value / points - it allows the provider to display the value / points of the best offer at the moment.
Other suppliers names are hidden as well as the number of suppliers - allows you to hide the names of the auction participants. Automatically set to YES.
Supplier see ranking of offers per position - it allows the supplier to see the offers of other suppliers submitted for a specific product. Automatically set to NO.
Electronic signature is required - allows you to set the offer submitted by suppliers to be signed with a qualified electronic signature. Automatically set to NO.
