In order to create a template, go to the Sourcing module and then click on the RFx templates tabs. A list of available forms will appear if they have been previously created and options for creating new designs or duplicating existing ones.
Duplicate - allows you to duplicate an existing pattern.
New template - allows you to create a new pattern in the displayed window. To do this, use the functions available on the left side of the screen. A detailed description of creating the form has been described in point 3. Offer form.
Save state - allows you to save the created template.
Status - allows you to select the status of the form. Automatically on creation it is set to status during creation. Changing the status to active will make the form available during work. There is also a blocked status, which will prevent other users from using it. However, it is saved and can be shared by changing the status to active.
Type - allows you to choose who the given form will be visible to. Private will be visible only to the user who created the form. Firmware will be visible to all users in the company.
List of commodity and List of organizational units - allows to assign a given design to specific purchase categories and organizational units.
