Being in the company's profile in the users tab, click the pencil icon appears allowing the user to configure the settings.
The individual elements are described below.
General data - allows you to change your name, job position, email address, phone number, fax number and also the user's photo. The system also gives the possibility of blocking or unblocking a user. However, it is not possible to change the login ID if it is necessary to contact the NextBuy team.
Permissions - allows you to assign permissions to a specific user. Depending on the assigned rights, the system will treat the user as a buyer, an accepting person or an employee submitting purchase requisitions. At this point, the selection of persons responsible for particular activities is made.
Organization units - displays the company's tree structure with division into individual units. Using the arrow, you can expand and collapse the corresponding tree structure. To assign a user to the appropriate organizational unit, check the box checbox at the given unit. However, to select all organizational units in a branch, click on the icon next to the checkbox.
If one user is assigned to multiple organizational units, select the default unit for that user.
Commodity - assigning appropriate shopping categories is done in the same way as assigning organizational units.
Preferences - allows you to set:
- the language in which the NextBuy system will be displayed for the user;
- currency format;
- date format;
- time zone;
- decimal places separator;
- type of financing;
- decree.
Attention!
Particular attention should be paid by setting the time zone so that all users have the same option assigned.
Notifications - allows you to choose the way in which the user will be notified of relevant events. The user has a choice: Email, internal, all, none. A user who does not have the right to create a given action in the system will not be informed in any way.
Addresses - allows you to assign appropriate delivery addresses, invoices and correspondence for a given user.
Widgets - allows you to select widgets visible to a given user after logging in.
