In order to evaluate the offers, the proceedings must be terminated. Then go to the offers comparision tab and then click the Start evaluation of offers button.
After clicking, three options will appear. To assign points, click the Assign points to suppliers button.
After clicking, a window will appear in which, after entering the value, click the Confirm button.
